These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and roylebd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content provided through the roylebd website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By registering an account, accessing the website, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your roylebd account. You must not share your login credentials, allow any other person to access your account, or permit any third party — including family members — to place wagers or manage funds on your behalf. roylebd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC Verification Requirements

roylebd operates a mandatory identity verification process for all accounts. The platform may request the following documents at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary:

• National ID Card (NID) or valid Bangladesh passport
• Proof of residential address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. roylebd strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account not matching the registered account holder's KYC-verified identity will be flagged for investigation and may be reversed.

Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status. roylebd reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, in particular for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

roylebd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own service charges, which are outside roylebd's control. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be queued for processing on the next available business day. roylebd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processor downtime, banking holidays, or network outages.

Any funds deposited for the purposes of money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed. roylebd employs transaction monitoring protocols and may place holds on suspicious transactions pending investigation.

roylebd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL.

All bonuses offered by roylebd are subject to the following general conditions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements on roylebd bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted via wagering before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10–20%) or may not contribute at all. roylebd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players have active wagering requirements in progress, reasonable notice will be provided and a reasonable extension may be granted at the platform's discretion.

The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players who register their first account and make a qualifying deposit. By using the roylebd platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful to the platform and to other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

You agree to notify roylebd promptly if you discover or reasonably suspect any breach of security affecting your account or any technical malfunction on the platform. Failure to report a known error and instead exploiting it for financial gain constitutes a breach of these Terms.

roylebd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms or if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of any game or market.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, roylebd may withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, where the closure is directly attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering. In all other cases of account closure (including voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their roylebd account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat on the platform. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Responsible Gaming Closures

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer upon you any ownership rights in the Platform Content and does not permit any of the following without express prior written consent from roylebd:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the Platform Content
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any platform software or game code
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping the platform or any of its pages
• Using any roylebd trademark, logo, or brand asset in any external communication, advertisement, or publication
• Commercially exploiting any game content, stream, or live dealer feed provided through the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, roylebd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

roylebd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, withdrawal, bonus, or any other aspect of your account, you must follow this resolution process:

1. All disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by general principles of international commercial law and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which roylebd is registered and operated.
